Our Services

Comprehensive Services For All

Our experienced GPs cover the full breadth of primary care, with a focus on prevention, early intervention, and the long-term relationships that lead to better health.

General Practice

Our GPs provide complete primary care for every member of the family, from routine consultations and preventive health screening to managing complex or ongoing conditions. We believe the best care comes from seeing a doctor who knows your history, so we work to connect every patient with a regular GP they can see visit after visit.

How we can help

  • Routine consultations and check-ups. Whether it’s a new concern, a niggle you’ve been putting off, or a general health review, our GPs take the time to listen properly and never rush you out the door.
  • Preventive health screening. We help you stay ahead of problems before they start, with age-appropriate screening for blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes risk, and cancer screening reminders based on national guidelines.
  • Immunisations for all ages. From childhood vaccinations on the National Immunisation Program to flu shots, travel vaccines, and adult boosters, we keep your whole family’s immunisations up to date.
  • Scripts, referrals, and results. We manage repeat prescriptions, specialist referrals, pathology and imaging requests, and we always follow up your results so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Care coordination. If your care involves specialists, allied health, or hospital services, your GP acts as the central point, keeping everyone on the same page and your treatment on track.

Our GPs work closely with allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality care that supports your long-term wellbeing. We focus on empowering patients with the knowledge and support they need to stay healthy, now and into the future.

Mental Health

We provide compassionate mental health care in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment. Our experienced GPs support children, adolescents, adults, and seniors with a wide range of concerns, and can prepare Mental Health Care Plans and coordinate referrals to psychologists and other specialists when extra support is needed.

How we can help:

  • Mental Health Care Plans. If you’re experiencing an ongoing mental health concern, your GP can prepare a Mental Health Care Plan, which gives you access to Medicare-subsidised sessions with a psychologist or other mental health professional.
  • Support for anxiety, depression, and stress. Our GPs are experienced in recognising and managing the most common mental health concerns, whether they’ve built up gradually or arrived with a major life event, and will work with you on a plan that fits your life.
  • Referrals to psychologists and psychiatrists. When specialist support is the right step, we coordinate the referral, help you understand your options, and stay involved in your care throughout.
  • Ongoing check-ins. Mental health care isn’t one appointment and done. Your GP reviews your plan regularly, adjusts treatment as things change, and remains a consistent, familiar support.
  • Support for every age. From school-aged children and teenagers through to new parents and older adults, we tailor our approach to your stage of life, always in a confidential and judgement-free setting.

Our GPs work closely with allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality care that supports your long-term wellbeing. We focus on empowering patients with the knowledge and support they need to stay healthy, now and into the future.

Skin Checks

Australia has one of the highest rates of skin cancer in the world, and early detection saves lives. Our GPs are trained in skin cancer medicine and offer full-body skin checks, dermoscopy, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing monitoring, along with practical education on protecting your skin.

How we can help:

  • Full-body skin checks. A thorough head-to-toe examination of your skin, checking moles, freckles, and spots for any signs of change. We recommend a regular skin check even if nothing looks or feels different.
  • Dermoscopy for early detection. Our GPs use dermoscopy, a specialised magnified examination technique, to assess suspicious spots in detail and pick up changes long before they’re visible to the naked eye.
  • Spot checks for new or changing moles. Noticed something new, itchy, bleeding, or just different? Don’t wait for your annual check. Book a spot check and get it looked at promptly for peace of mind.
  • Diagnosis and treatment. Where a spot needs attention, we provide biopsy, cryotherapy, and management of skin cancers, and refer on to specialist care when needed.
  • Ongoing monitoring and prevention. For patients with a history of skin cancer or high sun exposure, we set up a regular monitoring schedule and give you practical, realistic sun safety advice.

Our GPs work closely with allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality care that supports your long-term wellbeing. We focus on empowering patients with the knowledge and support they need to stay healthy, now and into the future.

Women's Health

From adolescence through to menopause and beyond, our GPs provide comprehensive women’s health care including cervical screening, contraception and family planning, pregnancy health, and menopause support, all delivered with sensitivity and without judgement.

How we can help:

  • Cervical screening tests. The Cervical Screening Test (which replaced the Pap smear) is recommended every five years for women aged 25 to 74. We make the process as comfortable as possible, and self-collection options are available.
  • Contraception and family planning. We help you find the contraceptive option that suits your body and your plans, from the pill to long-acting reversible options, and provide preconception advice when you’re ready to start a family.
  • Pregnancy health. From confirming your pregnancy and early antenatal care through to postnatal check-ups for you and your baby, our GPs support you through every stage and coordinate your care with your chosen hospital or obstetrician.
  • Menopause and hormonal health. We provide evidence-based support for perimenopause and menopause, including symptom management and treatment options, plus care for conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, and thyroid concerns.
  • Breast checks and screening. We perform clinical breast examinations, teach self-checking, and keep you on schedule with BreastScreen reminders appropriate to your age and risk.

Our GPs work closely with allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality care that supports your long-term wellbeing. We focus on empowering patients with the knowledge and support they need to stay healthy, now and into the future.

Men's Health

Men are often the last to book an appointment, so we make it straightforward. Our GPs provide preventive screening, heart health and prostate checks, mental health support, and honest, practical advice for men at every stage of life.

How we can help:

  • Heart health checks. Cardiovascular disease is one of the biggest health risks facing Australian men. We assess your blood pressure, cholesterol, and overall heart disease risk, and build a practical plan to lower it.
  • Prostate and bowel screening. We talk you through the screening options relevant to your age and family history, including PSA testing and the national bowel screening program, so you can make informed decisions.
  • Mental health and wellbeing. Stress, low mood, anger, and burnout are common and treatable. Our GPs provide a straightforward, confidential space to talk, with real strategies and referrals where helpful.
  • Sexual and reproductive health. From erectile dysfunction and testosterone concerns to fertility and STI checks, we cover the topics men often avoid raising, without any awkwardness.
  • Lifestyle and preventive advice. Practical, achievable guidance on weight, sleep, alcohol, exercise, and quitting smoking, tailored to your life rather than a textbook.

Our GPs work closely with allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality care that supports your long-term wellbeing. We focus on empowering patients with the knowledge and support they need to stay healthy, now and into the future.

Children's Health

We provide compassionate, personalised care for children from birth through adolescence. From childhood immunisations and developmental checks to everyday coughs, colds, and scrapes, our GPs support your child’s growth and wellbeing in a friendly, welcoming environment.

How we can help:

  • Childhood immunisations. We deliver the full National Immunisation Program schedule, keep your child’s records up to date on the Australian Immunisation Register, and are always happy to answer your questions about vaccines.
  • Growth and development checks. Regular reviews of your child’s growth, milestones, hearing, vision, and development, with early referral to paediatricians or allied health if anything needs a closer look.
  • Everyday illness and injuries. From fevers, ear infections, and tummy bugs to cuts, sprains, and rashes, we provide prompt, gentle care and clear guidance on when to worry and when not to.
  • Behaviour, sleep, and school concerns. If you have concerns about behaviour, attention, anxiety, sleep, or how your child is coping at school, our GPs can assess, advise, and coordinate referrals for further support.
  • Support for parents too. Parenting questions are health questions. We’re here for feeding, settling, toilet training, and the hundred other things nobody warns you about.

Our GPs work closely with allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality care that supports your long-term wellbeing. We focus on empowering patients with the knowledge and support they need to stay healthy, now and into the future.

Young Adults

Moving from the family GP to managing your own health is a big step. We offer approachable, confidential care for young adults covering everything from general health and mental wellbeing to sexual health, with no awkwardness and no judgement.

How we can help:

  • Confidential consultations. Your appointments are private, including from your parents once you’re mature enough to consent to your own care. We’ll always explain exactly how confidentiality works so you know where you stand.
  • Getting set up with Medicare. We can help you get your own Medicare card, understand bulk billing and gap fees, and learn how to navigate the health system as an adult.
  • Sexual health. STI checks, contraception, and honest answers to any question, in a completely judgement-free setting.
  • Mental health and stress. Study pressure, work, relationships, and everything in between. We provide genuine support, Mental Health Care Plans where appropriate, and referrals to youth-focused services.
  • Everyday and preventive health. Skin concerns, sports injuries, immunisation catch-ups, and building the healthy habits that set you up for the decades ahead.

Our GPs work closely with allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality care that supports your long-term wellbeing. We focus on empowering patients with the knowledge and support they need to stay healthy, now and into the future.

Indigenous Health

We provide care in a safe, welcoming, and culturally respectful environment, including annual 715 Health Assessments and access to Closing the Gap support. If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, please let our team know so we can tailor your care and ensure you receive every service you’re eligible for.

How we can help:

  • Annual 715 Health Assessments. A comprehensive yearly health check available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of all ages, designed to pick up risk factors early and connect you with preventive care, at no out-of-pocket cost with Medicare.
  • Closing the Gap support. We help eligible patients register for the Closing the Gap PBS Co-payment Program, which reduces the cost of many prescription medicines.
  • Culturally safe consultations. Our GPs and staff are committed to providing respectful care that recognises and values cultural identity. You’re welcome to bring a family member or support person to any appointment.
  • Coordinated community care. We work alongside Indigenous health workers, allied health professionals, and local community organisations to make sure your care is connected and consistent.
  • Support for the whole family. From children’s health and immunisations through to chronic disease management for Elders, we care for every generation.
